  1. hello.is there a website for former imagineers or unemployeed ones? i am thinking about putting together a huge project.thank you.

  2. My first grade class has become imagineers as we study the life of Walter Disney. We are also studying characters, plots and settings of stories. They have created original cartoon character and wrote stories about them. We will also create mock merchandise to promote our character. I read some of the comments from your staff to the class. They were very inspirational. What do you think of our class project? We would love to hear from you.

    • Hi —

Wow, that sounds like an amazing class project. I wish I had something like that way back when I was in the first grade. I hope that your class is inspired to use their imaginations throughout their lives. We tend to stop using our imagination as we grow up, and that’s a shame. Without the imagination of grownups, we wouldn’t have Mickey Mouse, the Magic Kingdom, Toy Story (1, 2 or 3!), music, books, paintings, poetry, or any of the things that make life special. We also wouldn’t have cars, iPads, the Internet, or even stoves and refrigerators if people didn’t use their imaginations. Please keep up the great work!
